🇺🇸 Easy, fast, yummy, and healthy ... POTATO HASH. My typical breakfast / dinner are sauteed veggs in a pan, it takes 10-15 minutes and requires no preparation or fancy ingredients. In a pan, saute ¼ chopped onion with ghee / olive oil for 3 minutes. Add garlic powder, paprika and 2 chopped organic potatoes. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes over medium-low heat. Move the potatoes every 2-3 minutes so they don't stick to the pan and they cook on all sides.Â
