💚 For the Falafel soak 1 cup dried chickpeas for 16-18 hours with ¼ tsp baking soda. Drain chickpeas and pat dry. Chop ½ cup fresh parsley, ½ cup fresh cilantro, and ¼ cup fresh dill in food processor. Add in chickpeas, 3 garlic cloves, ½ tbsp ground black pepper, ½ tbsp cumin. Transfer mixture to container and cover tightly. Refrigerate for an hour. Mix in ½ tsp baking powder and 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds. For into 12 falafel patties and place on baking tray with parchment paper. Drizzle some evoo on them and bake for 15 minutes (flip halfway) at 350F.
